New Cabin Rules

You will need a cabin reservation to visit the old cabin. Please contact Robert Parrish at (925) 360-5889 or at rparrish444@gmail.com or to make payments mail check to 133 St. Malo Ct. Martinez Ca. 94553 .Checks must be received prior to stay.

Please pay for the days you visit the cabin. We will need everyones cooperation in this if we are to keep the cabin afloat.

Please keep the cabin clean and tidy during your stay and follow the below cleaning rules when you leave.

Please limit the amount of guests to 9 or less.

Please keep cabin re-organization to a minimum. Please contact Robert with ideas so that he can contact the group.

If you need to use any of the tools, please put them back in the tool drawer.

The cabin key in in the lock box next to the front door. The code is: 1932

there is battery powered internet next to the kitchen. The batter pack will discharge quickly. Please use the solar panels to charge. It takes a full day to charge outside on the rock. Us the internet sparingly by turning on only when you need it. Plug the white plug into the pack and press the ON button right above the plug. Wait one minute for the router to connect.

Before you check out

KITCHEN

Deep clean kitchen including all counter tops and refrigerator. Sweep, vacuum and mop the floor.

Please take ALL food that you have brought home with you. Ideally only water, spices, oils/vinegars and trash bags can be left behind.

Please empty and dump your trash in the dumpsters found on Kit Carson Road. The code is 1776. If they are not there yet, please haul out all your garbage.

BATHROOM

Deep clean bathrooms including shower, tub, toilets and sinks.

Sweep, vacuum and mop the floors.

LIVING ROOM

Vacuum and mop the floors.

Cleanup and organize books, games and magazines.

Wipe down dining room table and covering.

UPPER BEDROOMS

Please bring your own bedding and sleeping bags. Please take them with you when you leave.

Put sleeping pads back in the basement.

Please don’t leave behind any hats or clothing.

PORCHES

Sweep back and front porches.

Clean BBQ and turn off the propane to the grill.

Bring in all rear lounge cushions into the cabin in case no one is coming up and it rains.

BASEMENT

Please sweep out basement if needed and be sure it was left the way you found it.

The four kayaks are to be left at the shore and all paddles brought into the basement.

Turn down H2O heater in basement.

Lock all doors and put keys back in the lock box.
